Evatech Solutions provides hazardous substance compliance certification services, mainly throughout the top of the South Island.

Location Compliance Certification

Our scope includes certification for:

• Class 2 – Flammable gas
• Class 3 – Flammable liquid
• Class 5 – Oxidising substances
• Class 6 – Toxic substances
• Class 8 – Corrosive substances

Stationary Container System Compliance Certification

Evatech Solutions also provides compliance certification for Stationary Container Systems.

Unsure if You Require a Compliance Certificate?

There are a range of triggers and threshold quantities that determine whether you require a Location Compliance Certificate and/or a Stationary Container System Certificate.

PCBUs that manage, handle or store hazardous substances are required to manage an inventory of those substances. For this reason, your hazardous substances inventory is the best place to start.

Check Your Requirements

We suggest using the Hazardous Substances Calculator.

Develop an inventory of the hazardous substances you have on-site, and the resulting Controls Report will suggest whether you require certification.
