Do you need a compliance certificate?
Download and complete this Hazardous Substance Inventory Form. See Toolkit for template examples.
The Hazardous Substance Toolbox provides you with templates to prepare a hazardous substances inventory, provides a training checklist template for what staff will need to know and a Location Test Certificate checklist.
Now that you have completed your inventory, consult Evatech Solutions NZ Ltd to establish whether your hazardous substances exceed the quantities and require a Test Location Certificate and other controls.
All workplaces with a Location Test Certificate must have an Emergency Response Plan. This Emergency Response Flip Chart will guide you in developing your plan. The Emergency Response Plan will need to be tested annually.
You will also require a Site Plan.
